| KDDI Corporation's overseas entity, KDDI Germany, opened its representative
office in Warsaw, Poland "KDDI DEUTSCHLAND GmbH Warsaw Representative
Office" |

There is an increasing amount of foreign investment mainly from Japanese
corporations in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Poland. As
a consequence KDDI DEUTSCHLAND GmbH Warsaw Representative Office has been
established to support the various ICT solution requirements of our customers
who are planning to penetrate and expand operations there.

As a result we are strengthening our
organization further to provide a wide range of ICT solution services which
include WAN/LAN consultation and configuration as well as Support and Maintenance,
Operations and Monitoring to meet the increasing needs of our customers.
|
|
|
KDDI continue to consider customer support
in the ICT arena as a priority and will take this into account when expanding
and utilizing active branches.
