with Bank of Tokyo Lease(Eurasia) LLC, named [IT Consulting &Lease]. |

| Joint business with KDDI and BOT Lease will enable us to provide a total
support for IT related infrastructure implementation and equipment lease
and rental. |

| KDDI will fully manage the implementation project from beginnning to completion
so that customers will be able to focus on their main business. We can
also provide ongoing maintenance and support for all our solutions. |
