Takayo Takamuro

Managing Director of KDDI Europe Ltd. & European Chief Executive

Takayo Takamuro was appointed Managing Director of KDDI Europe and European Chief Executive in April 2024, following her previous leadership role as Managing Director of Telehouse. She is responsible for steering KDDI Europe’s growth, with oversight of employee welfare, client relations, and the company’s advancing efforts in cybersecurity and network infrastructure.

With more than 25 years of experience in telecommunications, data centres, and technology, Takayo began her career in 1995 and has since led global sales and business development for major manufacturers and financial institutions. Her broad expertise continues to shape the future direction of KDDI Europe and Telehouse.
